I have this same issue. No data connection with wifi off. I have tried all that I can do from my phone. In addition, when I open the app "My FreedomPop" it goes into a cycle "Device Selection" and "Accessing Device" and after a minute or two says "Operation could not complete at this time. Please try again later."
