Can;t connect to internet, is my plan still available?
CompletadaI have not used my plan (Netgear Mingle with free 500 mb) for a few months. I have problem connecting to internet today. When I view My Plan today, there is an Alert saying "Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service." However, the Click link does not exist. How do I get internet connection if my plan still exists?.
