Freedompop message keeps asking for activationCompletada
Freedompop message app always ask for activation even though it has been activated successful. Phone: (XXX) XXX-2210 XXXXXX@gmail.com Same problem on multiple phones. Access internet is fine but not phone call.

We've verified the account associated with your profile and we're able to see the account is active and in good standing.
Please uninstall and reinstall the FreedomPop application.
Would you be so kind as to provide us with additional details of the issue you're experiencing, is there any error you see, if so, would you please send us a screenshot?
Additionally, please confirm the make/model and Operative System your device is currently running.

I have tried re-installing multiple times even with different phones. Same problem on Freedompop messaging app that it requires me to activate over and over (see image below).I tried it on Moto G2 (android 6) and another on Nexus 4x (android 8). Both are unlocked phones that work fine on other sim.the last 4 number for my phone is 2210 and for ICCID is 4261Note, I can access internet. It is Freedompop messaging app that won't work.
