Hi there, I was trying to cancel my service from FreedomPop and was charged $50$ approx for trying to downgrade to a different service. This was not what I wanted to do and I would like to have my services cancelled with FreedomPop. I don’t know how I have been activated with semi annual pack. I am vistor to states and I will be for 10days only. I want only a month service . I.e. a basic service . I took sim from Target.
Please advise how to get the refund and close this account.
