Poor connection; slow speed
RespondidaFor the past three or four months my hotspot hasn't been very reliable.I take a video class online and can't use my hotspot because the connection is ridiculously slow and the videos never load, I end up getting tired of sitting and staring at my laptop waiting for the page to load.I instead go to the library and use the internet there, all while paying for "my own" internet.Please research and restore the more or less reliable connection I used to receive a year ago when I signed up.thanks.

Please configure the APN settings, check out this video for more information.
Should you continue to experience connection problems, please perform a factory reset to your device by following the steps provided on this other link and after this configure the APN settings one more time.
