    If you've acquired any Preloaded Annual SIM card from any of our retailers:

    1. No, there is no activation fee to activate the account.

    2. It's not mandatory to associate a method of payment to the account, so no credit balance is required, however, you can always add credit to the account if you incur in data overage.
