After 2 Good Years, Stopped Receiving Texts

My DROID MAXX phone has a 3in1 LTE SIM card. I've had good service for two full years (sending / receiving calls & texts). As of 11-23-2019, I no longer receive texts (except from another FP user or from a six-digit number, such as RedBox's #727272).
I have already soft-reset my phone (multiple times), triple-checked the APN settings, cleared & restarted the Messaging app, even uninstalled & re-installed the app, sync'd account data (multiple times), and confirmed the OS version is up-to-date. But I still don't receive texts.
Even my FP account online doesn't indicate when another party has sent me a text, thus suggesting that the problem isn't with my device. Can you please resolve this (even if I need to Pay for you to do so)?
