Although FreedomPop has undergone some changes in ownership, we are here to stay for the foreseeable future. While we no longer support CDMA Sprint devices, we provide service through our GSM (SIM card) products only. By the way, upon checking the account associated with your Community profile, we noticed your secondary SIM card is dormant. Your device may go into a temporary dormant state after 30 days with no reported data usage. However, you can simply reactivate your SIM with one click, by logging in to your FreedomPop account and clicking the prompt to wake up. You may find detailed steps on the support article below:
