VoiceMail Service added incorrectly -- cancel, do not charge

I was just trying to make a phone call and a notice of something about Voicemail came up and then glitched and added Voicemail service. I do not want Voicemail service, please cancel this. AND, please cancel the charge for it that now is on my account. I have not used the service and do not plan to.

Please notify.
