Service inactive due to technical issue...contact customer service

My FreedomPop phone service stopped working. When I log in to my account I get the messsage "Alert: Your FreedomPop service is inactive due to an unforeseen technical issue. Please Click here to contact customer service. "
Please help correct this. Phone number XXX-XXX-1410.

It looks as if your account is now in good standing. Please feel free to perform a soft reset by simply powering off and on your device to ensure everything synchronizes accordingly.
