I been try to cancel my services.
CompletadaI notice no body took charge in cancel my service at all, I did wrote you on May 10 and I request to cancel this services, you sent me an email telling me where to go and what to do but nothing it been done. Now I log in to my account to see what is the status and I see a bill for $108.56 what are you charging me for? I have not even install the sims card in my phone. What I need is for your to cancel my service for once and don´t change for a service that I have not used please. Thank you.
