I had the phone number for a few years. When I logged onto my account this morning I found that the number had vanished from my account - does not even list it, so it is not even 'inactive'. When I put the sim card into a phone it says the card needs to be activated.
What happened? FP just took that number away without warning? What happens to the $ credit I have on that number?
I submitted a support ticket earlier but it got automatically closed, saying if I need support I need to upgrade to a VIP service to get support!
Can anyone help please?
