I went to send a message and I got the prompt to activate my sim card. I did about 8 months ago so I don't understand why I don't have my number anymore. I did some research and found that it may be a billing issue but i got no prompts to change my billing info. I've tried but my settings appear as if i havent activated my account yet so im lost. Will I be able to get my number back?
