Getting this message for one of my devices, searched in the forum and tried reinputting billing info but it's still the same. Created a support ticket but it's immediately closed. Seems like a common problem and hopefully a support agent will help me out here. Having to pay for basic technical support doesn't seem like a reasonable solution.
Please help!
