I ordered a FreedomPop Bolt around 2012. I used it for a few years and then its been sitting unused since then. I'm trying to cancel my account through:
by going to: Settings -> Account Status -> Cancel Account
I clicked "Cancel Account" on the "Account Cancellation" dialog
I got the error dialogs seen below. Can someone help me cancel this account? I tried submitting a support ticket and it was instantly auto-closed saying that there are "self-service" tools. So, here I am...
