Still waiting on my sim card after almost 3 weeks! You messaged me on 9/2: "Your order 206171040 has shipped! " Still nothing!  Please help! I downgraded my service so I wouldn't be charged another $36 for nothing and was still charged $20 FOR NOTHING!   What is going o?  Please help!  Thanks
