No mobile data connection any more

Not sure if it's because a new month or phone (pixel3 xl) updated to android 11 system, now the phone can recognize ATT network, but not seems to be registered and no data connection. Mobile date connection icon is no longer having LTE mark with it. APN setting is unchanged (fp.com.attz). My number with FP is XXX-XXX-1103

  After I pull the sim card out, restart phone and put it back in again. Mobile data starts working
