Netgear Unite Hotspot LTE stopped working
CompletadaI have a Netgear Unite Hotspot LTE that stopped working. I tried to log into my account and I get a message about Upgrading to premium voice - which makes no sense for a hotspot.
I see that FreedomPop is migrating to a new service. But, to do so I would need to get a new Sim Card. In addition, I just renewed by service for 6 months and would like to maintain my account.
But, I don't see anyway to move forward.
What do I have to do to get a sim card sent to me and migrate my service over. The website is not offering any solid direction for hotspot users.
