Unable to Connect to Data, Account
CompletadaI switched to your premium service almost a month ago. I now find I am unable to connect to data nor my account over data. What is the problem? I never had an issue like this with the old service. Yes, I have already activated my account and with the new sim.
I'm using the minimal free service.
Please how do we get this fixed? The sim card is in, it activated fine, it doesn't work. My account online indicates it is active.
