Netgear Unite "Mobile Broadband Disconnected"
CompletadaI recently had my original ATT Unit 770 hotspot begin to go on the fritz where it required daily resets and ultimately fail. Consequently, I replaced it with a ATT Unite 797S. I set the new unit up per the instructions and transferred the SIM card over. Everything powers up properly and I see that I get strong 4G LTE signal, but I get an error stating "Mobile Broadband Disconnected".
When I logged into my account, I don't even see my device anymore, nor any details of the account. Is there another site for me to go to address this? Or is there a "secret" setting to expose the hostpot devices? This is all very strange for I've had reliable service and this is the first time I've seen anything like this.
