Broken sim icon in place of 3-in-one sim icon
CompletadaWhat does that tiny "broken icon" inside a blank square outline on my "overview" page indicate? The Freedompop plan data (using the app) works, but I do not want to lose my numbers, nor the data accumulated by data rollover (which I get charged a .01 fee every month). I have 19 billing days left for this month...am I going to be forced to open a new account and lose my 3gb of data I have accumulated? That 10 minutes of talk with 25 mb per month seems like a bad joke...
