I have a SIM card that I have not used in quite some time. I put it in my phone and it did not work so I logged into FreedomPop to see if it needed to be reactivated.
When I enter the Sim ICCID number (8901170427) and the same E-mail address I used to log in, it gives me the message "Please enter a valid MAC ID/MEID/ESN."
Can you please help me?
