why I got 4 times .01 charge in my bill?

I have two numbers, one of them doesn't use at present due to the device didn't match the APP.  The other one is in service. 

But, I just noticed I have 4 time .01 charge in my bill from FPOP MOBILE 888-743-8107 CA between Jan 12 to Jan 21. Why it happen? How can I avoid this .01 bill ? Thanks!
