Changed my Plan - Where is UK Support?

I have been with FP since the 1st day it launched in the UK. Today, FP have decided to switch me from the free Basic package to FP Essentials package and charge me. The UK support channel has gone dead, so I'm going to chance asking here.
How do I get FP to switch me back to the Basic plan & how fo I get a refund?
