I have had no signal for three days now, and it seems I am not alone. It is definitely not a billing issue, as my last payment came out just fine.
Please do not redirect this to a support ticket or private messages. You don't need any private account info from me. All I want is a statement about whether I can expect service to return or if I should look elsewhere.
