My account has been suspended due to a billing issue which is saying my card details are incorrect (they are not); I have tried to re-enter the card details but the webpage says an unexpected error occurred. I have tried with 3 different cards on 2 different laptops, iphone and ipad; as well as yesterday and today. I am expecting the issue is on your side rather than mine.
Thanks for your assistance as currently I can't use the app for SMS or Calls.
