I have a Netgear Unite hotspot and I am unable to access the mobile internet. The hotspot displays the alert "Mobile Broadband Disconneted" with a button labeled "connect".
After pressing "connect", the connection is still not established. I verified that the APN settings are correct as stated in the FP instructions. The mobile connection also does not connect after power cycling the Netgear Unite, I even tried a factory reset but the problem did NOT go away.
I've summited a ticket 5 months ago and the reply was to verify the APN and not be roaming, which I did and it was ok. They marked y ticket as "Solved" even after i commented that is NOT Solved.... go figure customer service.
I did have this problem before and they were able to fix it by resetting something on their end but the rep that knows how to fix it may not be around anymore :(
