I am trying to release my number to port it out to my husbands new service. We do not want to lose this number. I have tried twice and new service comes back with the reason "Due date can't be met". I checked with FP and got 2 different pin numbers from 2 different persons. Went in to my account and am now trying with the pin # from there. Is there something more I have to do? The person from FP said it was able to be ported when she checked.
