Followup problems with my number portingCompletada
I encountered a new problem following-up previous request #87297 : porting out request"
The porting out process seems completed, and I was able to make calls using new Carrier service for last two days. But starting today the new problem happens: when I make calls, it prompt that "Your account is suspended please update billing information at Freedompop.com", then quit.
Can someone help there? Does Freedompop NOT fully release my number yet?
