What free plans for mobile/hotspot services does FreedomPop have?

(1) What free plans does FP have? Is there only one free plan with 10 min call, 10 text msgs, and 25 Mb per month (https://www.freedompop.com/plans/free-plan}?
(2) Does FP have any free plan for hotspot? (With a hotspot service, I could use any wifi-enabled phone without a mobile service)
(3) What phones and hotspots would you recommended for the FP free plans?
Where can I find them, on FP website or elsewhere?
(4) Outside the free plans of FP, are there other competitive plans that are free or very low priced and provided by other companies?

1) Responding to your first inquiry, yes, the FreedomPop Freemium plan offers the following:
- Ten (10) cellular voice minutes
- Unlimited iMessages and RCS text messages
- Ten (10) cellular text messages
- 25 MBs of LTE data
2) We have available the Premium service through our Premium SIM cards (true cellular voice, text, and data - no app required). At this time, we're not offering a free plan for hotspots.
3) Our Premium SIM cards work with GSM unlocked smartphones. SIMs should be compatible with GSM unlocked hotspots (as long as it is possible to configure the correct APN settings). Check out these support articles for additional information:

4) We have different plans to meet our customers' different needs, you may also customize your plan. You may check out the available plans/devices on our website here.
