1 year plan unable to actviate

Hello,

I have 3 12 month 1gb plan SIM cards which I am trying to activate.  When I go to "freedompop.com/activate" it does not activate and says "Error! Sim not found."

These were purchased for $50 each, and was expecting to be able to use them.  Please let me know how I can activate my previously paid for of 1 year of service.
