cannot connect SIM to Reolink Pro camera

Have formatted the SD card (GSM SIM) with the recommended apn change steps.  Camera states APN updated successfully.  BUT continue to receive issue that the SIM card is not inserted properly and I have inserted it many times - (insertion is correct based on your "how to "video.

Can you help?  Thanks Pat

  Now the error message is

  data call failed, please confirm that your data plan is available.

  import your apn settings
