    We're sorry to learn you have been experiencing issues upon trying to make calls. 

    To ensure your service works properly, please make sure you are using a VoLTE compatible device. You may find detailed steps on how to enable the VoLTE settings on your device here.

    Also, keep in mind that the service we provide through our legacy SIM cards is VoIP, which means data, or the internet, is used for calling and texting instead of the cellular network. Therefore, a VoIP application is required for calling and texting. 

    Please make sure the correct application has been installed on your device:

    -FreedomPop Messaging app (Android 4.3 or higher)
    -FreedomPop Calling and Texting app (iOS 8.2 or higher)

    We also recommend that you synchronize account data on the application. However, should you continue to experience any issues after completing the steps provided above, please feel to contact us back; we'll be happy to help!
