I opened a support request ticket the other day asking about a refund and cancelling my account. There's been no motion on the ticket, so I thought I would ask here.
I was planning to cancel before the next 6 months billed, but didn't get to it in time and it billed. I put the other request in within an hour of it billing, asking if I could get a refund and cancel. Is this possible? I've put a stop on the payment method so there definitely won't be a next pull. I would just like my money back for this one and to be done with the account.
