On 8/28, my CC was billed for another year of service. On the same day, my iPhone started showing "No Service". Since then, and after multiple restarts of the phone, putting it in airplane mode for a few minutes, removal and reinsertion of the sim, I still have no service. The app on my phone that used to show the amount of data left, number of days left, etc., now only shows a Log out button. No acct info. Please help - I mostly use WiFi, but still need the service I've paid for!
